Back Next Week
My uncle in Vancouver died on Wednesday so I’m leaving off the posting ’til after the funeral next week. I didn’t know him all that well but some cousins occasionally drop by here so I don’t want to offend anyone with my daft bletherings while there are family-members are in mourning. I’ll be around other sites, just not posting here.
Sorry to be so tardy with my replies to your comments. All ship-shape and Bristol-fashion now though. Thanks for taking the time, chaps, you gladden a housewife’s heart each and every one of you.

No need to worry, lovely peeps. Just hit a busy patch of life for a wee while. I’m sorry, I hadn’t meant to go off the radar for this long – it’s just been a case of lots to do and sinking gratefully into my bed at the end of the day without having had the time even to check my email.
I’m doing a Halloween party tomorrow for the girls’ pre-school class so am off to do something hideous with/to a strawberry jelly.

PCB…this is the longest week I have ever experienced. I don’t want to worry you but I have seen a couple of lookie loos eyeing the real estate. I took the liberty of throwing away the old papers in the driveway…you know how those are a tell-tale sign that nobody’s home. The grass is a bit high and the flowers…well, they are no more. Hope all is well…a postcard would be nice…and what should I do with all this mail?
