CUTE? CA-YOOT? He’s turned the lawn into a minefield. Sub-surface is a labyrinthe of collapsible ankle-breaking tunnels. Do you think he’s got good insurance to cover our plastercasts? Of course he doesn’t – he’s a gopher and we all now how irresponsible they are.
Oh this is the first real gopher that I have ever ever seen. Oh it is a sweet little critter, I would like to take it home and pet it and cuddle it and call it George. What will postage to Australia be? Thanks!
Wish I had one in my garden. Of course, I’m dreaming that it would eat my creeping buttercup, dandelions and daisies, thus saving me from a lot of bending, stooping and backbreaking labor when it would probably destroy my daffodil and tulip bulbs instead and run pell-mell through the only decent stretch of grass we’ve got.
