Kara, what a good idea! How 'bout summer sometime?

Wee Niaff, ta - speak to ya soon. wee bro.

Bock, we didn't want to hurt your feelings. It's just as well you didn't though. Inexperienced leg-shaving with your level of growth would no doubt have led to little tufty copses left over at your ankle hollows. And lots of wee pieces of tissue dotted all over your knees.

Savannah, think about it for next year. You already know so many Irish bloggers you'd have a blast. And Dublin's a fun city besides.

Dev, key left, darlin'. Rare and true indeed.

JenPen, cheers, doll!

Pat, there are official photos somewhere I believe. Hold on...Go here. There's loads.

Conan, 'twas as if you'd been meeting bloggers since you were a lad. That's not to say we all shouldn't practice. Keep our skills up, s it were.

Bock, I didn't take a single photo all weekend. Cameras get in the way of my enjoying a thing even though I always wish later I'd taken away a few snaps.

Kieran, if Dublin wasn't real then it was just an expensive hallucination. 2.30 euros for a small cup of coffee. Something took my money and if I find out it was only a dream the Sandman is getting a good slapping.

Eryl, truly well worth the visiting. I'll be linking some more people I met shortly. Today my car's going in for service and the girls are out early so I don't know if I'll get the time but in the next few days for sure. More luvverly links a-coming.

Jali, we should all go next year! - increase the American contingent. Check out a book called Dublin Noir. It's good. I think you'll likey.

I love these two posts! I want to go to Ireland now - I've had this feeling since I started reading a few Irish novelists. My cover is "Black Irish" and I think it'll work.

I have a lot of new blogs to read now.

My summer project will now not be getting the garden into shape, nor getting the first draft of my book done. No! It will be visiting all these blogs.

Splendid, splendid writing Sam.

It was my first time, Sam. Oh dear, was it that obvious? I'm sure practice makes perfect.

I recognise that intoxicating excitement and the warm affection and I only met one blogger. God it must have been so hard to keep a grip on the booze. Did anyone take photos I wonder or was it tacitly agreed not to? Understandable.

Sam,
Where I hack with a blunt machete you craft with the sharpest of scalpels. It was a rare and true time we had and one I will treasure until the end of my days.

Leave a key under the pet rock for me.
