Manuel, it is true that I am exceedingly fond of you but I want you to take that joke out the back and put it out of its misery. You know it’s for the best. You wouldn’t want to see a joke like that limping painfully about the place, no dignity left, just great eyes filled with pain. Use a pillow, it probably won’t struggle too much.
With any luck, I’ll be up and here&thereabouts soon, and back into the blogging way again.

What, you’re off to South Africa to corner the Kroger market. It seems for some odd reason that coin is cheaper, $70/120 than bars, for exactly the same weight. And, while one will not melt the stuff on a gas cooker in the kitchen. Still a trip to the hardware will get you something to do the job for $10.
Or are you off to Nevada to cut out the middle man and the flight.
